Medical Services
Required Vaccines for I-693 (Age 18-60):
1. Tdap/Td (Depending on 3-4 series completion)
2. Polio
3. Hepatitis B
4. Varicella
5. MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella)
6. Influenza
MMR, Varicella and Hep B can be checked in the blood for Immunity. $75/ test or $225 for all 3.
If age is <18 or >60 years, then additional vaccines may be required.
Immigration Examination
I-693 and N-648
Paperwork ready in 4-5 business days, if all results are normal.
Civil Surgeon that can provide a full Physical and Immunizations.
No Insurances accepted for this service. Insurance can be used at the lab and pharmacy.
